The palms Hotel

Increasing demand led the client (the palms hotel and restaurant) to start thinking
of more hotel space. An architectural concept had been laid out for the contractor to
implement but the client was stresssed by the need for a more client targeted approach
that would see the hotel appeal to a niche /expat clientelle base.
After design review and cordination with potential customers, We went out to enquire
customer requirements and provide all , coupled with sufficient amenities for support
staff eg staff changing and dining ,providing a back of house kitchen yard at a budget.
