tinct blend of English country charm and Mediterranean estate charac-
ter, this hillside villa gracefully responds to its elevated site. The architec-
ture brings this vision to life through a striking, dark-tiled steep pitched
roofline, deeply textured natural stone cladding, and horizontal groove
line detailing along the facade. Elegant structural arches define the up-
per-level balconies and entryway, framing the expansive landscape.
